Palo Santo

£6.50

Palo Santo is sacred wood, from the palo santo tree which is native to South America - it’s also known as ‘Holy Wood’. It has been used for cleansing by indigenous South American cultures for thousands of years. Palo Santo trees need to have died naturally and allowed to decompose on the ground for 5-8 years, in order to give the wood enough time to develop the oils that gives it its healing properties.

Our Palo Santo sticks are collected ethically, and no live Palo Santo trees are cut down during its production - which, sadly, is often how Palo Santo sticks are produced these days to meet rising demand.
